Peter Nicholas has a career background as a Research Chemist with Monsanto Chemicals followed by over 30 years in the flexible packaging industry with major Australian and international organizations.

He has held senior management positions in Sales & Marketing, Technical and R&D, HR Development, Business Development and line Production Management. Peter's last six years spent in flexible packaging were as General Manager of a major Australian organization before setting up his own consultancy. The customer base serviced included major players in the Food, Pharmaceutical and FMCG industries.

Peter is a qualified Industrial Chemist and holds a Graduate Diploma in Management. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management (FAIM) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Packaging (FAIP).
